Yes, I've heard about this before.
its must be a strange complaint to have, and pretty miserable, too.
They can buy those lamps to sit in front of to make up the daylight hours. No idea if they work or not though.

I was really down/tired and sluggish when I went to the pool, didn't want to do my lengths. I decided to try a can of RedBull, it sure worked and I got my mojo back pretty quick. Think I'll be buying a few when I'm next in Tesco, drink one before I leave to drive into Thurso for my swim.

Feeling fine .. I think we all get down occasionally..
I even told myself not to bother with a Christmas tree this year.. How could I not have a tree..!!!
Alex also said that she has been ' a bit peed off '..
But having no door can do that... 😃

We didn't put our Christmas tree back in the loft last year. We made room in the cupboard under the stairs. Got to have a tree 🎄

Glad you're feeling ok again, I agree we all have down days, especially when its gloomy outside.
