Another racing horse dies

Yet another poor horse dies at Cheltenham,  whilst being made to race his heart out for  money-mad owners of the racing fraternity.
Fell,  injured himself, and Vets  put him to sleep.  He was just 8 years old.

That is another thing that bugs me.   Just because an animal may not be able to race any more, znd earn money,  he is not  allowed to live.  I am sure there are some horsey folks would give these animals a kind retirement home,  but  the racing lot  won't put their hands into their fat wallets to pay for treatment, will they.     

It's a good job humans  are not bumped off at retirement isn't it!

Yes,  quite.  It will be the Grand National, and more deaths next.

Nothing will change as there's too much money at stake and it happens every year, it makes me sick 😡
I dread the Grand National.
