Trouble is it's impossible to believe all ( or anythng) that comes from the BBC.

Ah yes - BBC don't demand a login on that one - obviously a story they are keen to promote. Now why on earth would that be? Strange.

As it's the BBC anybody susceptible to their influence wouldn't be voting Reform anyway. All they are doing by exposing any muck they can rake up about Reform is further alienating themselves from the general run of the population.

That said Reform is expanding so rapidly that finding the right representatives, few of whom will have any experience of local or central government, is going to be tough. It won't all be roses. That said it certainly hasn't been this century so far so what's to lose?

Surprises me that some people still believe the crap the BBC put out..
Don't ask me.. I know nuffink..

Having skim read the article, seems that Reform are no worse than anyone else, and are having to pick up the long term dire mess that others have left behind.

They're still out best hope. We've seen how the BBC can be selective in what they want us to think.

Disgusting.  I'm sure we have all heard about the BBC's illegal act of intentionally editing Trump's speech yesterday in order to make every effort to make people dislike him.  It has appeared in (probably) all of the papers and TV news channels (except the BBC of course).

There are now calls for the government to remove compulsory financial support for the BBC via the TV licence scam, and I hope they do.  It has been a long time coming.  Every other channel is obliged to fund itself through advertising, and the most annoying law is that we must fund the BBC by paying for a licence in order to watch ANY live television.

Hopefully, the BBC will soon be obliged to compete with every other channel on an equal basis.  Perhaps not under this government, of course.

I'd be more than happy to pay the licence fee just for the Arts alone (Proms, drama etc)

It won't change to 2028 at the earliest. That's when the new charter starts. That will be negotiated before then though while Labour will still probably be in charge and they run several years.

I don't care if they get funded by a licence for them but won't buy one and object that without one I can't watch any other live TV. Not that much of it is worth watching anyway.

I used to watch Last Night of the Proms. It had gone woke before I dumped my licence and not being able to watch now is no great loss.
