You mean the starting handle,  or the child's racing car?

Either way . . . No.

So, assuming it's not the jets, when you squirt the washer is there an additional
puddle of water under the car?  Might as well see if there's a possible split pipe involved🤷🏻♂️

I will check that,  but I think it probably is the jets want redirecting because it was leaking it would be both sides weak,  but it mostly only the passenger side that tiddles about 3" up the window.

True.  Suppose you could get a syringe and try to squirt water back down the jet nozzle to see if that dislodges some gunk.  If it does, then you'll still have the problem of there being gunk in there which will no doubt block the flow again after an all too brief cure.  But at least you'll have pretty much diagnosed the issue.

I think you'll just have to go to the garage, Mups.  I'm sure they'll tell you what it is and how much you'll have to pay.  It's not as if you need a new engine, is it?

Well, it's a potential MOT failure (I've just checked the, er, checklist) so will need sorting at some point.

I'm sure Mups will figure out how to adjust the jet if that is what is needed.
