Quote from: JBR on February 08, 2025, 07:02:28 PMI'm afraid I'm a little confused as to what might happen in four years or so (or possibly earlier).
Quite apart from what each competing political party would do, and with whom they would ally themselves, it is more than possible that decisions will be changed as the years go by.  Although Reform is presently increasing their public support, people have an annoying habit of changing their minds!

Anything could happen, and it is just possible that I might change my intention of where my vote will go.  Right now, it is for Reform without any doubt, but who knows?

I admit that my to date fulsome support for Reform, 'ran aground' recently and is presently still beeched. Nigel suggested that the wretched Begum woman could receive consideration for her appeal bid to return to the UK and presumably leech off the UK for life costing millons the UK doesn't have.

I sense a 'climb down' here to the Liberal Tories from the One Nation wing, about 80% of current MP's

Really?  Perhaps he meant that, under TwoTier, the Begum woman could be allowed to return to the UK?
I can't for one minute believe that he is in any way in favour of it!

I think he's just trying to appease Mr Trump who I seem recall suggesting something along similar lines for some very peculiar and uncharacteristic reason 🤷🏻♂️

I thought she had made her home in Syria or wherever. Her husband's in Holland and her family is in Pakistan, so anyone saying England is her home, is stretching a point.

And she will be admired by many.. Simply because there will be many here who are of the same ilk.
She will have many followers...
And , all the while she will be protected by our idiotic government..

What on earth is Farage thinking of?  Is he trying to dissuade people from joining his party?
Or perhaps he has finally come to realise that Britain is destined to become the new Pakistan?
Not until I'm in my box, thankfully.

That is the idea that Trump has come up with.  America gives a lot of money to third-world countries and if they want that to continue, they had better do what he asks of them, including taking back those people who Trump feels are of no benefit to America.
We, too, give a lot of our money to the third-world.  Why can't we do the same thing?  Unfortunately, TwoTier for some reason wants even more people from the third-world.

Britain is already the new Pakistan & it was confirmed when Bradford became the City of Culture.

Bradford's next title will probably be 'The Best Pakistani City'.

Oh, I bet the Lord High Mayor of Londonistan would have a word to say about that!

It'll be that Multi one they're always on about or maybe the Horti or Agri. One of them anyway I suppose.
