I might have said before,  but another thing that bugs me is when you have a packet of wet wipes, or Dettol wipes,   but when you try to pull  one out,  a great wad comes out all stuck together,  instead of just one.   That drives me nuts.

... and when it is like that but you manage to get just one it is often only a half of one.

Alex

I use kitchen wipes and find if I gently pull the wipe left and then right a couple of times, before pulling one out I tend to get just one.

Another little thing that irritates me is when I am looking to buy something online,  I suddenly get a message slide right across where I am reading,  telling me how many  people in Aberdeen  have brought this product in the last half hour!

Why the 'eck should I wish to know that?
I have to clear  it out the way,   to finish reading about the product.

You are clever, I bet you have an 'ology or even an 11+

I do not have an 'oligy' and I did not pass my 11+..
I bet THAT surprised you all..   :busted:

Royal Mail

4 hours slot which they'll likely miss. I'll be out once they've been or at 2:00 regardless. They once rolled up at 7pm. If they miss the redelivery too I'll pick it up. By that time I could have walked to the sender and back. No wonder they are going broke.

Nah, nor me.

Always have been a dimwit, always will be.
Good job our pets love us just as we are.

All this stuff about "ologies"... it's only reading a few more bits of a few more books and trying to make sense of them.  Nothing clever about it.

Failing to remember that tidying up is a mistake. Whenever I want something that I've tidied up it often takes me an hour or more to find it. I know exactly where it was in the untidy mess of things but once they are tidied it is lost. Sometimes for many minutes and occasionally forever.

Never finding what you were looking for and it was in your hand yesterday..

I had an instruction sheet in my hand.. The next day it had disappeared..
I even turned out the rubbish bin..

Talking of that,  I wasted half an hour the other day, looking for my specs.
Then I found them on my head!
