It started years ago when I was still working. It was the only time I could go, it's habit now and I like to start my day with it, I feel it sets me on track. It's too busy later as the aqua classes are on, the schools are in, Mother n toddler groups are in and lessons are on. Early is lane swimming only, it's the same people most mornings and we get on fine.
Occasionally Dunc fancies a while in the Sauna so we go later, but often the pools too busy for a proper swim then.

Just dropped my wife off at the station for her to have a few days away up t'northeast.  Then nipped to Dunhelm to return a picture frame that was the wrong size (I can't imagine what complete idiot was singularly unable to measure it correctly 🥹🥹😳).

Came home to see some fellas on the roof repointing the neighbour's chimney stack.  So, have got them to do mi side while up there for a reasonable price (compared to other quotes we had last year).

Watching snooker and reading for a bit, before nipping out to give a tuition later.

She doesn't look any different to me.    
Maybe it's just the  bright red lipstick?
