I phoned the RSPCA this morning and it went something like this,
"Hi, I am in Sutton Park and I have found a suitcase full of puppies"

"Are they moving?'

" I don't know. But it would explain the suitcase"

GrannyMac

Took me a moment!  😁😂😁
Its not how old you are, but how you are old. 💖

You should try Sutton Park at 4:00am Vlad. Take a Zimmer and some pumps and you can get a free bun.
Apparently.

4 o clock! In the morning? That's when I turn over in my bed, have a sneaky bum burp, a scratch, rearrange the family jewels and go back to sleep

Try wearing underpants,   that might help prevent this.

The trouser snake can normally be relied upon  to find its own way home even when being in a hurry means it will not receive the attention and guidance normally afforded to it. The painful problem occurs when there is an error in the timing of the proceedings because of such rushing.

Don't ask me.. I know nuffink..

Sat here...opened a bag of salted nuts, on the back of the packet it said, " may contain nuts" I was so pleased because if it had contained a sock I would have been really pissed off.

Alex

I left some braising steak cooking in the slow cooker this morning, it was lovely to come in to no cooking !   :upvote:

I love my Slow Cooker, I use it more than my gas cooker. I cook meal batches 4-6 and freeze them, I take 2 out of the freezer first thing. Then they're ready to microwave around 6pm.

GrannyMac

We use ours a fair bit.  Gorgeous casseroles.

One of our favourites is Beef n Onion closely followed by Sweet n Sour Pork, both with lashings of onions and served on boiled white rice. 👌

I know what you mean, Alex.    Its lovely to come home and the house smells delicious,  and dinner is all cooked isn't it.    Its like having a fairy Godmother.   And the meat is so lovely and tender too.
