Good morning to you.    Nice and sunny, but flippin' cold.   Only 6 degs here at the mo.

My friend is picking me up and we are going to the garden centre and a bit of lunch today.
Looking forward to that and a good catch-up natter.

Good, I have always said that laughter can cure  everything except maybe a gunshot to the head or a shark attack. Interesting point there, did you know sharks only attack wet people, stay dry, stay safe.

Sitting here writing this from hospital A& E !
Had another bad dizzy spell, couldnt walk or even stand up
Very frightening.
Luckily my friend was with me
Couldnt get hold of GP, so rang 111 who sent an ambulance.
Hosp  did ECG,  Heart good.
Awaiting blood results now.
Good neighbour gave my dogs their tea for me.
All for now.  x

Golly Mups.  I hope that you're OK ❤️❤️. I trust your son is leaping into action?

Mups I'm so sorry to hear this, all I can do is tell you what my Cardio Doctor told me while I was having similar problems, before I was put in hospital the last time. He told me to listen to my body and if I need to rest up then do it.
Are you overdoing it by any chance? It's so easy to do when you get older as I well know. I think you need to get a full MOT from your doctor and get any hospital scans he thinks necessary, including most peoples nightmare the MRI. A nasty experience in my case but it shows up so much.
