Mups

I've had some great news this morning  -   they are bringing my little motor back this afternoon.    :upvote:
I am unbelievably happy,  its been awful stranded without it.

The courtesy car people are coming Tuesday morning to take the courtesy one away.  Yippeeee . . .

I'm just having a little dance around my living room

It is interesting that a CT scanner would be just as close to your face (if that were the area of interest), yet that seems to bother far fewer people.  The reason, of course, is that it is much narrower (front to back) than an MR scanner, so presumably the latter might feel as if you are in a coffin, shut in and underground!  🤣

Spot on!   that is exactly what it does feel like.

Next time you need to have an MRI scan, practise beforehand lying in a coffin with the lid shut.
You'll probably get used to it, so no more worries.

I had an MRI a couple of years back. I found it more boring than claustrophobic. You could almost tap your feet to some of the sequences they "played". Well if you weren't laying down of course.

It's more boring than a urethrogram!

Thanks Scrumps - me too.   It's like seeing an old friend again.

They've done a smashing job.  It looks like a new car.
They have even sprayed over an old scratch on the opposite side from where some idiot opened his car door into me  just as I was driving past.

I am really chuffed to bits.

They are coming to take the courtesy car away tomorrow morning.

Excellent advice Scrumps.   Thankyou.

Incidentally,  that bloke with the old wreck parked here, never did get the scrap yard to come,  so I suspect  he was lying to me from the beginning.     DVLA had it taken away in the end.
