I tried to get the man who just took mine to take that other one as well,  but he refused.   I was going to have it delivered to your house.

  Wonderful.. At least she would find a good parking place in the car park.. Drivers would stay away from her.. And she could bump into anything she likes.. The damage wouldn't show..

Lovely morning here again, I sat outside earlier with my coffee.    Nights are cold though, it's great to have the old flannelette sheets back on the bed

I'd have to shift the old mattresses and settee in storing in my front garden, but I'm sure I've got room for it.

Replacement CC turned up. It had automatically changed in my google wallet and another account but not all. Annoyingly some don't let you just edit it. Amazon was the worst - it was quite a palaver. Certainly well on topic with this

Had more viewings this afternoon of Vlad Villa, some nice people, there has already been one offer by an ' investor' buy to let, £5k over the asking price, which is promising.

The estate agents believe there maybe more offers, but they want to check the finances of the investor first. I gather buy to let buyers normally have the funds available, it's all very new to me.

It's been a while since I was involved and don't recall the details but markets vary by area and time anyway so its probably best to let the agents do their job znd earn their fee.

That said I fo recall no chain being a big advantage as there is so much less chance of sales falling through.
