Oh dear, how sad never mind...we put our bins out in March, and we are still waiting for two of them to be emptied.....they have started to ferment...you can see them pulse rhythmically...and they glow at night. Gurgling noises can sometimes be heard coming from them, followed by a burping noise which lifts the lid and the escape of a green miasima.
Based on their current development scientists believe they may become sentient around Christmas although there are rumours of dogs, cats and small children disappearing remains of push chairs  and dog leads in the area seem to confirm this.
Care for your bin Klondy, show it love, for one day it might turn on you.
