" Sugar soap is a powerful cleaning agent commonly used for various cleaning tasks, especially in preparation for painting. It effectively removes grease, grime, and dirt from surfaces, ensuring they are clean and ready for a smooth application of paint.
Composition: Despite its name, sugar soap does not contain sugar; its key ingredients typically include sodium phosphate, sodium carbonate, and sodium silicate  "

I got it in B & M Raven which turned out cheaper than Amazon  :upvote:

Thanks Alex I've never heard of it, then I'm not one for decorating myself it's a job I hate. No shops like that up here but I'll have a look in Perth's B&M next time I'm down there, could be handy to have some.

Spent the morning sending the NEW conveyancing solicitors information about deposit gifting and proof of identity which involved downloading statements from bank taking pictures of same along with pictures of driving licence, veterans ID, Council tax bill and my 30 metre butterfly stroke certificate...
All information that the previous solicitor had lost or couldn't be bothered to sort out, bastards the lot of them, cads and bounders who should be horsewhipped and transported to the colonies

That is disgusting, Vlad.
Some solicitors are worse than useless  -  until it comes to sending us the bill!

Hope it goes smoother for you now.

Alex

Lovely sunny morning here, 🌻
I'm having a break from cleaning and old carpet cutting today, going to see my oldest friend.

I will repair the flex.. and keep it as a spare ..It is a Bosch ..
It made up my mind that a cordless (lightweight) would be much easier for me..
I have been thinking about it for some time..
I managed to get a bargain on Amazon.. Flymo.. 64.. down from 111.. around that cost..
Don't ask me.. I know nuffink..

My friend's husband died almost a year ago, the solicitor sorting out probate has been terrible. She has had to send duplicates of documents they say they haven't had, and I think they are probably overcharging her too.

Have a nice day out Alex!
Its not how old you are, but how you are old. 💖

Weather not too bad here but I'm not heading out anywhere. A slow quiet day for me I think, bit wobbly again. Had a call from my sister in Auz to let me know she's coming over for a few weeks and as this will probably be her last time she's wanting a big family get-together. She will be staying with one of my other sisters just outside Perth, so she will arrange everything. Not seen our Della for several years so really looking forward to it.

Not a lot of people know this but, Henry the VIII once had a mole surgically removed from his penis, apparently he said at the time, "I wont try bonking  one of those again"
