Whoops wrong thread .

I was very upset when I realised who Michael was.  He had such a lovely friendly face and was so kind and reassuring in his broadcasts.  I didn't know how much he contributed to the treatment of various health conditions, particularly diabetes.  RIP, will miss you.  I hope his legacy lives on with many people improving their blood sugar levels and general health long term.

Annie,  well said.
It is so good to read something positive and kind,  instead of all the negativity and plain nastiness that has been posted about this lovely man.
Perhaps it is a medical condition of those who always look for the bad in others?

Another thing I liked about him was he experimented on himself first,  to see if his ideas worked.
I respect that,  and doubt very much if others giving advice do this.    He will be missed.

I agree Mups .
Judgemental  idiots making unkind remarks .

I've not said a word. :lipsrsealed: Except to comment that  the cliff tops look very craggy and not really good for walking.

It all looked very odd at the start. Most of the mystery caused by the failure to find him.

On Tuesday I went for a 12k walk in very mountainous terrain in temperatures  in the mid to high twenties . ( I am in southern Spain )
I am older than Dr Mosley .

I wear a hat ,carry water  and don't walk alone  but I am not unaware of the risks .
There are risks in everything .

My father walked everyday of his life until his death at 87.
