Noises that bother you

On the radio today they were asking listeners which sounds they can't abide.
Several said about people munching crisps in front of them,  others said screaming kids.
It made me think about a couple of things I really don't like,  and they are:


1. These half wits who have ear splitting exhaust pipes on their cars and motorbikes,  which they love to rev loud as they go past.   I really hate that noise, it hurts my ears.

2. People who always have their mobile phones on speaker phone.   
I don't want to hear their conversations.
I was in hospital last year after having one of my awful dizzy turns,  and I needed quiet and rest,  but the selfish woman in the bed opposite was clacking away on her phone half the night,  and what's more,  she had the darn thing on speaker as well.
And why do so many people shout down their phones as well?  They rarely talk normally.


There,  I've had my moan,  but are there any particular noises that you don't like?

It's deafness that causes people to be loud on the phone. They can't hear the other end very well and automatically try to overcome the poor line they assume is the cause.

I can't stand rap either.

Rap annoys me too.
