Our flag flying upside down

Has anyone else noticed that when Charlie-boy was laying a wreath prior to leaving the US, there was our flag flying upside-down!
I couldn't believe it, but then, the Yanks are probably unaware of the correct way to do it.
I wonder if anyone else might have noticed it.

I know it has a right and wrong way. I swap my flag around from time to time and have marked the the top fixing point of the union flag. As I always get the George cross the correct way up I haven't needed to with that. Would I notice it upside down - probably not.

Isn't Trump supposed to be coming here again? We should fly Old Glory the wrong way up for him.

What a good idea, Klondike,  and fly, say, the Russian flag on other welcoming 
flagpoles. Trump seems to be best mates with Putin, so he shouldn't object.
