I know our government is pretty shambolic, but Trump talks and acts like a gangster.

He is a dangerous man.

As I said a few posts ago, I like the way he is all for his country But, he worries me I don't trust him an inch, he seems to believe he's entitled to take and do whatever he wants, and that IMO is bad.

I'm not sure that tariffs help with that and he seems very keen on those.
Free trade deals are valued for a reason.

The idea is to boost home industries but it puts up their raw material prices too so the prices go up for consumers who then want higher wages and so on. (very handy bit of German there which they just abbreviate to usw. They often use it in when speaking too)

Since his main "reasoning" (such as it is) for wanting to annex Greenland is down to his concern that China or Russia may do the land grab if he doesn't, then perhaps the inhabitants of the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Anglesey etc should get themselves stocked up to cater for US troops within the next couple of years.

To my mind, the man is a megalomaniac. Who else would talk of using force against a fellow NATO member?
Thank you for the days, the days you gave me

Slightly off-topic perhaps,  but I can't help but wonder what sort of husband he is.
I have a feeling he expects everyone at home to do exactly as they are told too.

Don't know how true this is but, I read that he doesn't like women he thinks they are only good for one thing. As for them having an opinion forget it. They shut up and do as they're told. :boo:
