Scrumpy

My daughter Marnie gave me a painting of a photograph taken of me from behind walking up the road holding the hands of toddlers Martha and Hattie.. My grandchildren..
At the time I didn't know it was being taken..
The colours are muted.. Nothing altered..
It bought a tear to my eyes..
It was titled..
Into the future .. with Nanny..
Don't ask me.. I know nuffink..

Sounds lovely Scrumpy. My son took one years ago from the back, of my OH and I pulling the oldest two toddler grandchildren through the snow on a sledge.  They're teens now and bigger than us.  Nice memories 💖
Its not how old you are, but how you are old. 💖

What a lovely, thoughtful keepsake.
I can understand you feeling emotional.
