I would have Klondike..
My TV is not working... Richard (SIL) is going to pop in to take a look..
He has the knack of pressing the right buttons.. I am not too clever with any thing technical..

I did phone Virgin at 8am.. I made sure I was on the phone early.. I still had to wait..
They were kind .. The earliest they could send a technician out was Tuesday evening..
They said this was the busiest time of the year..
I guess i am fortunate that I have a tv in my bedroom as well..

Where I lived a couple of houses back there was a lady just like you over the road. She lived just with her child (I forget now if it was a boy or girl and how old as it was donkey's years ago) Well that child had many weekend uncles - there was the gardening uncle, the painting uncle, the car fixing uncle, and other uncles with skills I can only imagine
