No idea why this man hasn't been sentenced yet, perhaps they're hoping we'll all forget ? It does seem a bit odd  :hmm:

JBR

Why?  Because he's a wog, and in two-tier broken Britain wogs are above the law.

Even if he was white, it's still a bit odd no sentence has been passed yet.

Probably waiting on medical reports. He does look a few cans short of a six pack.

God, if I was waiting to be put under the knife, and that visage appeared before me, I'd be up and out of my bed before he got within ten feet of me.

That was just the first result I got. The retrial may have actually happened. Plus why not accept the guilty verdicts on the other charges and bang them up. Or maybe I read it wrong.

Ah a reread says the mugshot was released not  them. They must be in on remand until after the retrial for the charge that no verdict was reached on. Let's hope the trial gets delayed for the next 30 years or so.

This sort of thing should be viewed as a case of assisted suicide.  The poor chap must be so ill with his unhappiness with life that he should be helped along with his release from pain.

It seems that this animal broke the law in several respects, including punching a WPC in the face.
He denies everything and, of course, his word will be accepted by a lefty judge, I am sure.
Even if, by some miracle, he is banged up, he will be out in no time, either because prison will offend his human rights, or the usual 'early release by mistake' will occur... again.

It was a jury trial. They couldn't reach a verdict on one of the counts. The retrial will be a jury trial again I imagine.

I wonder why were they unable to reach a verdict when the whole thing was filmed ?
