There are always going to be people who are more susceptible to being abused, fooled and beguiled.  Undoubtedly true.

The fault, however, lies squarely on the shoulders who decide to take advantage of that without a care in the world for the outcome and damage it may cause (other than to themselves if they are caught).

Funny how it's generally women, and often older women who condemn the girls and maintain that they could have got out at any time, they weren't chained, they loved the high life, free will etc etc blah blah blah
I've witnessed it on several forums over the years.
Makes me sick to my stomach.
Shows not only a total lack of empathy but a complete ignorance of the insidious way GROOMING actually works.
Ffs get yourselves educated about GROOMING and the way it controls young lives.

I don't need to get educated thank you I have seen this in action  and while some of those girls were very young ie Virginia Guiffre lots of the others were not .
They were adult women who wanted the money .
And they are not all poor and vulnerable either .
Many are educated and sophisticated they look and talk like middle class college students because that is what they are .
It just beats working at hum drum jobs and it's not all bad .
Going to a tropical island with all luxuries included isn't so bad especially if someone else is paying .
Of course there are strings attached
But they get paid .
But they were not forced into prostitution lr into being call girls
Many are 'resting' actresses   .
There are plenty of pictures of Virginia with them looking quite happy , watching TV riding horses on his ranch
They seemed quite fond of her ( not that this makes it any better )
Actually in her case she was young - where was her mum and dad ?
Her father knew exactly what she was doing he also worked a Mar a lago.
Groomed are poor girls like those groomed by the Rotherham gangs .
Vulnerable poor and looking perhaps for love they are easily abused and threatened .
They are not in the same league .
Go to any place where there are very rich men and you will find these girls .
They are not as I say chained in the cellar because they want to be there .
Rich sleazy men  don't want unwilling frightened young women .
They are too much trouble
They want pretty girls who are willing to party  and have sex .
And they get them
Without to much grooming
Just wads of cash .

I think Guiffre was initially quite poor young and vulnerable .
She doesn't seem to have had any parental support of guidance .
She caught on quick enough to recruit  other girls to the Epstein mansion though .
And would seem to be pretty  much in their ( Epstein and Maxwell ) confidence
I have seen a few excerpts  from her book .
In it she describes being molested by her own father and being traded out by him to his friends between the ages of 7 to 11 .
He denies this strongly .
It may be true who knows and maybe lies she has been caught out fibbing on various occasions .
She claimed she was trafficked to Alan  Dershowitz but backed down and admitted she was mistaken after he counter sued her .
She may have had sex with Andrew  but at 17 it's not actually illegal .
The fact is she made millions ,
Epstein  paid her off Maxwell the same
Then Andrew was the final money spinner
She had 20 years of considerable wealth from all this .

But the poor woman is dead now by her own hand .
Epstein is dead
Maxwell is jailed
Andrew is disgraced

Her family will probably benefit from the royalties of her book .
As they have benefited from her connection with Epstein all of their lives .

However a 16-17 can have sex with someone who is no more than 5 years older..
