Isn't the news depressing at the mo.
There's nothing but stabbings, wars, Epstein, the Royals etc.   

It makes the world think nothing good ever happens, which is nonsense.
So why do these TV programmes and newspapers only ever overload us with bad news?

Then there is all the publicity of the Brooklyn Beckam's sad feud with his family,  and Prince Harry & Meghan's  feud with their families,   is nothing considered personal any more?

Adn where's Trump gone?  There is usually not a day when he is not spouting his stuff on the news,  but I haven't seen or heard him at all lately?   Can't say I miss him exactly.

Could have been "collected" for the possibility of being useful rather than the actuality maybe. Why on earth would he have access to anything of use? Always possible though I suppose. It seems Epstein cast the net wide,

Because he was given the sinecure of being our trade envoy for years.
Years in which he spent hundreds of thousands of pounds of tax payers money to do SFA and embarrass our Ambassadors.
