Starmer is acting tough , he has told the illegal immigrants that they are not going to have it easy at this end anymore..
He has told them.. You can come but not your mum.. sisters... brothers.. cousins.. uncles and aunts and the lodger..

But don't worry Human Rights Lawyers will sort it for you once you are here..
Don't ask me.. I know nuffink..

Yes,  more than likely,  and it won't cost them a penny for our expensive lawyers either.

What I have always wondered is,  if these people are all broke and penniless,  where did they get the money from to pay for their boat trip in the first place?

Some have to work it off after they come. Despite not being able to legally work here.

Starmer acting tough?  I do find that difficult to believe.
Don't worry.  Their mums, sisters, brothers, cousins, etc., will be here on the next boat.

Of course, I assume we all know that TwoTier was a human rights lawyer, which would explain things.
Shame about OUR human rights.

I thought I saw a headlined yesterday (or Tuesday) saying that Lammy was announcing an increase to the Legal Aid  budget/provision.

What a curious coincidence 🙄

Wasn't he a human rights lawyer?

klondike

Lammy? If have though he was far too thick. Wil check Wikipedia

Born in London, Lammy attended The King's School, Peterborough. He studied law at the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), University of London and was called to the bar in 1994. He later studied for a Master of Laws degree at Harvard University, becoming the first black Briton to study at Harvard Law School.

Seems he did some legal work but mostly has been a career politician.

muddy

SOAS once a good university college is a hot bed of Islamists Jew hatred and the like .
It does not surprise me that Lammy went there .

Well my friends, when illegal immigrants are brought in by the thousand and the luxury hotels have five and seven year contracts, and human rights lawyers are queueing up to take our money, and politicians place immigrants above decent British people...

it's not going to happen is it?

Asylum seekers can't being their relatives as it stands, until they are granted asylum, so we're probably looking at more smoke and mirrors and verbal camouflage.

TwoTier will grant them asylum when the time is right: when the next GE is approaching.
The only thing he is interested in is votes for Labour, and keeping his job.

By the time the next election comes round there will be a full blown Islamic party taking what few of his voters haven't already deserted him for Corbyn or Reform. Not that he'll still be PM then unless he calls one in afit of pique at being given his marching orders as party leader by his own party.

Given that he's called a significant number of the electorate racist (which he's trying to sidle out of, but he did), and Lammy's blasting accusations of fascism/nazism, and given the murder of Kirk a few weeks ago and the terrorist attack yesterday, I fear that Starmer may well have lit the fuse of major dissent.
