Scrumpy

I often find when talking to people that my thoughts are
'When they stop talking i am going to tell them about Mary round the corner'..

Then all of a sudden the opportunity arises and I have forgotten about 'Mary round the corner ' and someone else is now speaking..  :nooo:
Don't ask me.. I know nuffink..

But although I'm a similar age, I'm not the lovely little old lady, sitting in the house, that she was. I'm far more robust and active for starters, so it's seriously annoying when my brain plays these tricks.

One of the reasons I do word games, in the hope the brain exercise helps.

Me too, Granny.  Only thing is,  I find they are getting much harder these days.

Ain't that the case.

Funnily enough, one of the little puzzles today involved putting a list of fractions in order of size,..., took me three attempts 🥴🥹. How embarrassing 🤣🤣🤣

I think my mate is getting a bit silly.. She was complaining about a dog who always stopped outside her house and left something near her gate post.. She said she was going to have a word with the owner about it..
I said that dog owners should clear up after their pets.. and always carry poo bags..
She replied that the dog always peed up her gate post.. no poo..!!

How bloody silly is that..!!
