Corbyn..!!!!!
The country would storm parliament buildings if that ghastly man got in..
I don't think the party are stupid enough to allow this.. They can't be that foolish.. can they..?

Tommy Robinson would have a field day.. People would rush to follow him..
Don't ask me.. I know nuffink..

Alex

Another Tory has joined Reform, a bit 'posh' but seems like a decent chap.  I've already forgotten his name, Danny something he's Pru Leith's son

Raven

Reform is simply The Tories Mark Two. Never in my lifetime will I vote for them. Same old under a new name.

You're not left with many options Raven.

None of the main parties have covered themselves in glory, and I include the SNP in that.  I can see why certain cohorts vote for left wing parties.  For starters, the benefit dependent families (and I don't include the genuinely disabled and/or very ill). Next, trade union run public sector organisations, who do very well thank you, whether their members are competent or not.  And third, 'kind' well to do people. People who have never had to live beside scrotes, or see their neighbourhood becoming a no go ghetto.

For the rest of us, who have spent our lives working, and paying our way, helping our kids, being decent neighbours - what does the left offer?  Genuinely interested.
Its not how old you are, but how you are old. 💖

I know, I'm fed up with the lot of them  I used to believe in Labour before Tony Blair got in and New Labour was born. I hate politics and don't understand left or right, to me they are simply Labour, Tory ect ect. I have always believed in Scotland being free from Westminster rule, long long before the referendum was thought about. At that time (Blair) I moved to the SNP, simply because they were a Scottish Party, and I believe in voting I don't agree with spoiling the ballot paper, or not voting. Now I'm dissolutioned with every politician both in Westminster and Hollyrood, but the Tories have earned my undying hatred over the years, that's why I don't trust Farage or his party an inch, they are Tories.
As I keep saying I like how he thinks about the migrants but I doubt he will be able to carry it out if he gets in.
Sorry if this post upsets you all but it's how I feel. He's not Mr Wonderful to me.

Alex

Farage hates the Tories too !

IMO there is no need to apologise. Everybody has an absolute right to their opinion.

Even when they are wrong

Could I suggest you don't hang out under a pop up gazebo for a while?  Farmers tend to have guns 😬🥴

It will.
I'm certainly not certain that we'll get a Reform government.
I'm certainly not certain that if we do they will be able to sort out all the ills the country suffers.

The one thing I am 100% certain about is that if the next government is Labour, Conservative or Lib Dem our current headlong rush towards becoming a third world shithole with an authoritarian government will continue apace.

I have no worries on that as the requirements for getting and keeping a shotgun licence or FAC are stringent. Plus what do you think I keep in these....

Yes Dunc has a couple of shotguns, Only ever seen him use one once when there was a spate of people letting their dogs off lead too near the sheep. He just fired into the air, as a warning to get away.....It worked.

klondike

Not a lot of need for shotguns on a sheep farm. Maybe a rifle around lambing time?

That's when it was, lot of pregnant ewes and some early lambs.

Alex
