I don't think he does pay.  Not for anything.  One of the benefits of being an MP, let alone the PM.

He's always going. He spends more time away from the UK than he does here. Can't get any decent hotel rooms here for some reason    and his wife doesn't want him home after that Ukrainian rent boys business.

For such a high profile crime it's gone very quiet. 

I've seen lots of amusing comments but the funniest one was the suggestion that Starmer was widening his circle of friends & someone replied by saying "or widening the circle of his friends".
