Mups

Your words made me quite emotional, Scrumps.    And don't worry,  I don't intend to pay for anything.

You are such good people here,  thank you for everything.
Luvs ya all.  x

Where's Cass when you need him. He would be able to tell you exactly what to do.  :worried:
He's been missing for ages, I hope he's alright. Anyone heard from him?

Alex

Not heard from Cass since April, no way of finding out if he is ok or not as I don't know his surname.  I did enjoy his input on here and as you say Raven, he would have given the right advice to Mups.

Guess what?       I am the happiest gal alive.   Rust bucket  has gone.

I walked into my front room this afternoon and saw something move out of the corner of my eye.
Walked towards the window, and the bloke was in my front garden,  just kicking some gravel about to fill in the wheel ruts his vehicle had made.    IT HAS GONE!
I never saw him actually take it,  just filling in the ruts afterwards,  which, in all fairness,  I appreciate.

My friend was with me, and we waited for him to knock my door,  but he didn't.  No  'thanks for having it',  or 'sorry about all this',  or anything,  so I guess he's got the 'ump.

Anyway,  it is now parked over the road, outside his house with no road tax,  but that's not my problem.  Maybe the scrap yard is coming,  I've no idea.   I am just so happy its gone.

Shall we have a party tonight?

No,  don't worry Mummy,  I won't - promise.

The scrap people didn't come,  so its still out on the road tonight in the dark.  His problem now,  not mine.
I wondered if maybe he hasn't even got any paperwork for it maybe,  and that could be the reason he is not getting it taken away?  Time will tell.

Luv ya all lots for your support, kindness and hugs.  x x

Mups, I do hope you're not going to hold a grudge and instead offer the lad the use of your repaired car to learn to drive in.

That's what Jesus would do, inshallah.
