Rescue was mainly guesswork today!

I guessed wrong quite early (first guess after two which seemed to me to be the only possible words). For quite a few of those where a guess was possible I could see at least two and sometimes more valid choices. I couldn't see any more where it wasn't just a guess and pretty much gave up at that point. I even made one stupid error as I couldn't be bothered. To be a decent puzzle it has to be solvable not just guessable,
