I usually do use more goes. I don't even start to guess until I've either got 4 letters or I've used up my stock 4 words that cover all the common letters. It's quick and I do a lot of games.

Apart from the vowels, my common starting 2 words usually have S, T, D, R and Y.

I did start out with ADIEU but identifying the vowels seemed to be less helpful than the consonants. My only goal is to solve in 6 with the least effort 

Rescue in Octordle is the only one where I can't use my lazy boy approach and that is hard.

I really like Octordle rescue.  I do the practice ones sometimes too.  Very random.

Unforgiving. No errors to get 9 only 1 for an 8. More and its a lose. I saw you had at least one 9. I had my first today.
