How did you down load that, Dex?
I was going to put a piccy up of my old place in London,  but all it will let me do is a link,  not the picture itself.

We sold it around a decade ago.  Wasn't quite so nice then and the buyers must have spent a pretty penny upgrading it.  But we did well out of it.  Between the three of us beneficiaries we were able to clear our debts and buy a house and three flats😊.

I searched that site you provided using the postcode and then copied/pasted the internet address from the top of the page.  Unlike some other sites, it kept the actual info.

Thank you.   Will have a read.

Before I forget, my parents rented a room in the adjacent house before they bought that one.  Most people on that road used to rent out rooms to get by, and indeed my parents did when they bought it.   One of the subsequent tenants in the house next door was the actor Richard O'Sullivan (of Robin's Nest fame).

There are words from the past too.
Last night we were watching the tv, a boring programme something political and I said to my good lady, "shall I turn it over?"

Back in the day there were only two channels now there are hundreds and there is still" nothing on the box" and what is on is shite!

Absolutely right.. I have most of the channels.. loads of apps..
Hardly ever use them..
Don't ask me.. I know nuffink..

Dextrous63

I know.  And now I've got to prove my age to watch them😬😬😬

I wonder exactly how they implemented this or perhaps I just lead a sheltered life as I've only ever seen one. Easy enough to dodge anyway - just ask a youngster if you aren't sure how.

Oh, I don't know about that.  I can find lots of things worth watching, without even paying extra!
For example, I watch 'The Sweeney' whenever Marge goes out.  Yes, I've probably seen them all before, but I benefit from having a declining memory.  (That in itself drives Marge mad!)
