I can think of one sort of suspended sentence that would be popular....

I have every confidence that they will be let off with a suspended sentence.

The government, and probably the courts, are afraid of upsetting people of that particular religion, no doubt in fear of being 'dealt with' when those people completely take over our country.

I am so glad that I am 73 this week and have no children to worry about.

It probably will turn on the question of intent, which may be difficult to prove in court. The defendants don't have to prove anything. It may depend on the legal technicalities of what they were charged with. These are things the jury will have been told about.

That would be preferable.  Even more preferable would be to kick out each and every person who have entered this country illegally.  Of course, we still have one immovable barrier to that: TwoTier.

Seems daft I know but, I used to enjoy washing my car by hand before I smashed up my leg in that fall. I found it relaxing and Dageus used to try and play in the hose spray. He was so funny, gawd I miss that dog.
