The discussion on the Jeremy Vine radio two show today..

It is now fashionable among men , mostly the young, to put theirs hand(s) down the front of their joggers/sweatpants..
They do this when sitting down.. standing around or just walking along..
They think nothing of it..
Yes, they are touching their bits.. and bobs.. and it is obvious ..
They are not going the whole hog... They are just feeling around..

Females do not do this.. It is a man thing.. 

Jeremy spoke to a woman who went into a bakery and the guy behind the counter  had his hand(s) down his joggers in between serving a customer.. He didn't even use tongs when picking up a doughnut or cream cake.. She decided not to purchase anything..

Hands up the men on here who wear sweatpants/ joggers...

I don't wear sweatpants (what are they?) or joggers, but I might sometimes put my hands down there when I'm asleep in bed.  Perhaps it helps me to sleep... protecting my bits?... from Marge?

You must live in an odd sort of place Scrumpy. You see few  in public in joggers around here. Especially recently. Mostly it's shorts for those in casual kit. I don't think I've ever seen a bloke fondling his tackle in the street either. Scratching their arse maybe but not groping their bits.

This is true.  Mine used to like to open its eye and have a quick peek first thing out of the duvet like a submarine periscope.  It seems to have decommissioned itself nowadays.
