I'm asleep again...

I try to keep as busy as I can.. but this heat restricts what I do.. I do find myself sitting at the kitchen table looking at this bloody screen more often..

Why is it that when I go into the living room .. sit on the sofa.. I nod off.. !!
I wake up with a stiff neck.. my chin on my chest.. Sometimes my mouth is wide open..
I have been known to dribble.. And the program I was looking forward to seeing has finished..

  Am I alone..? Is it just me.?

It's usually reading that sends me off to the land of nod.

Though I must confess I went back to bed for a bit longer this morning.  So tired.
I had a rotten night,  the heat in my bedroom was choking,  and I daren't have my windows open much because of wretched Gnats coming in to eat me during the night.   
(I can sometimes react quite bad to gnat bites).

I do it too.  OH plans his naps, but mine are pretty random.  I almost dropped off when I was having my nails done last week.   That would have been embarrassing ☺️
