Just seen that a  31yr old man has been arrested after his car ploughed into 4 pedestrians in Leicester around 12.30 early this morning.

Four people were injured,  two men and two women and were taken to hospital.
One  had minor injuries, but three are badly injured.

This seems to be the latest 'craze'  doesn't it.
How to hurt lots of people in one go without even getting off their backsides,  and no offensive weapons found if searched!

It would appear that they had all attended the same (party) that night..
This seems to be the 'copycat' craze..
Cars can be added to knives now as a dangerous weapon..
You won't get me standing in a queue anymore..

Don't ask me.. I know nuffink..

I'd love to join in and have a go myself, but Marge has gone in the car taking her mother to York for a few days.
When she comes back I might have a go, but where?  What would be a good place to do it?
Also, what's the record now?  I think the first one, recently, managed to hit more people.

And another after the PSG football victory .

The world seems to be upside down at the moment. One of my neighbours attended a discussion on this subject and she told me that the referent said that due to the uncertainity and crisis people do unexpected and incomprehensible things.

I see he wasn't named in the article but with it being Leicester it diminishes the chance of him being white British.

Indeed.  The sport of mowing innocent people down is becoming almost a national pastime here.
How long before it is adopted by the Olympic games?
