Problems in London

I have just seen that there has been chaos on the London Underground this afternoon.

They had a big power outage and had to evacuate everyone.   
The entire Bakerloo line was closed down, and Waterloo,  and the City Lines too.

Wonder what's caused that then?

Someone pulled the plug. ?

Cleaner takes the plug out to plug the hoover in, and this happens.

It was chaos. The juice was off for a few minutes and chaos ensued.
