I don't know if this is new or not, but this is the first email I've had about it.
I pay cash at the Post Office every year for car tax so I know it's a load of bull.

I can well understand your suspicions.  I would certainly contact the 'gov.uk' address for advice, as the first link could well be a scam.

If you do pay by DD then check if it was paid or not.

Not possible to tell from an image if that is a scam or not but certainly don't use any links in it.

Looks like a scam.   And that's another thing that's gone up !  I don't know what Scrumpy pays for her banger, but mine is now £118.25 for 6 months or £215.00 for 12 months

I have just checked my bank.. DD 22.31 monthly.DVL
It would seem that overall I pay more than you.

My old banger must be better than your old banger..
