Does anyone use What Three Words?

I have downloaded it to my phone, though not yet had the need to use it.  It doesn't need an internet connection, but uses GPS.
However, in order to ask for help if you are lost or to use a map to see where you are, an internet connection is necessary.  For fellow tight-fisted Yorkies, it is completely free!

I have had it on my phone for a couple of years but only used it once.

I'm glad to hear it.  I have never needed to use it, but I can see how one day it might come in useful.  Should I ever be in an accident and unable to move, it could be a lifesaver if I could telephone 999 and ask for help.  Of course, I am assuming that the emergency services are aware of 'What Three Words'.

I was waiting on the RAC coming to me, they asked me if I had the app and to send them the words where I was parked.
I know delivery firms use it a lot, especially for people like us who don't have a street address.

Very encouraging that the RAC uses it.  It is quite likely that many other such organisations do too.

I've heard of it, not used it though.
Its not how old you are, but how you are old. 💖

I had it on my phone for ages but junked it after never using it. Recovery services can use it I think.

To be honest, I have never used it 'in anger' and, in fact, I couldn't find it initially when I came across it again online.  After a search, I found it and, just to be sure, I used it to make sure it was still working.
