You probably don't know this man, but he was president of Spain's football federation and is accused of "sexual assault" on a female player after Spain won the women's world cup.  His trial starts today and prosecutors are asking for a two year jail sentence.

The 'assault' was filmed and shows Rubiales kissing  his star forward Jenni Hermosa.   That was it, an unsolicited kiss  😘

Might be the same thing if it was a while ago but I recall some other unsolicited kiss which I think was football related.

As for a comment -  it seems to be what the world has come to. We go from one extreme (groping pretty much expected in some circumstances back in the 60s and 70s) to a kiss on the spur of the moment meaning jail time. Not that I am qualified to judge this as it's not something I've read up on.

I agree with you, Muddy.   Good heavens,  he wasn't a total stranger coming up and grabbing her in the street, was he!

So he kissed her.  
 I don't see how that could have been so life changing and devastating for her that she would see him imprisoned,  can you?      
After all,  it was quite open and in front of everybody,  so she wasn't exactly in danger, was she.
