Did anyone stay up and see the New Year in?   I did.

Love to hear Big Ben and the London fireworks really were spectacular I thought.   
That is the only night I like to see fireworks.

Got to bed about 12.30 in the end,  then one of my dog's started being poorly about 5 a.m.  
She kept asking to go outside,  and was shaking and trembling,  never seen her like that before.
She is a bit brighter now,  but still not her usual self.  Temperature is normal though.

So all in all I am very tired this morning, with only just over 4 hours sleep.

I was up past 12. No TV licence so didn't get the countdown etc.

Well although I do wish everyone a Happy New Year, for me it just marks the start of another year without my wife so it would not have been appropriate for me to celebrate & join in with the countdown.
