What an utter disgrace.   43 horses left in the floods with no food.
Why do people treat these animals like this?

The owners were traced, but they weren't the slightest bit interested, and just abandoned them.
This isn't the first time this has happened in that area either.

Then even more were found in another river field nearby, too.

More than 'perhaps',  Alex.   You can be pretty sure of that.
There is a traveller site about a mile along the road, too.

I humbly beg everyone's pardon,  that video wasn't the current floods,  I didn't realise that.
The problem is however, still going on.
There were more standing in flood water on Tuesday though,   again at Wellingborough.
These ones they couldn't get out though,  but are now saying the water level has dropped -   till the next time!

I hate the way the pie keys treat their horses.
They hammer them along the road in those trotting traps.
Some look too young to be dragging great burly ruffians about .

Why do they have them even?
Do they keep them for meat?

It's one of their ethnic traditions .
