How can a man, whatever he has had done to himself, be entitled 'Miss Universe'.  Perhaps it refers to a different universe.  Personally, it doesn't particularly upset me, but I feel sorry for real women.  How must they be feeling?

If it really is a biological woman, my references to those two aspects of her body still stand.  I suppose that it is possible that some women do possess a body which is not typically female in those respects.
