Lemons & Limes

I've never noticed this before but when I added a slice of lime to my drink tonight, it kept on sinking then rising and sinking again it's still at it. :hmm:   Funny that cos lemons always float..... :grin:

Limes are slightly denser than lemons, so will sink.   I'd imagine they rise when bubbles attach to them and give extra buoyancy.  The bubbles are released when the lime surfaces, so it sinks again.
