It's the irony of Labour scrapping the Rwanda plan that hit me.

Have been suggesting this sort of thing for ages.  Although I wouldn't be subsidising visits.  It was their choice to commit the crime with the associated risk of being caught and gleaning the outcome. 

Love the bit about the 4 judges suggesting we find a way of keeping people out of prison.  I've got a wild idea...how about having extremely long sentences, as a deterrent.
