Some new rule?

Must be. Everything that I get now with a plastic cap has it permanently attached to the container with a little stalk of plastic. Quite annoying. I've taken to cutting them free.

It's a new thing.. I cut them off .. They are irritating..

Really annoying! I believe it's so loose caps don't fall through the recycling grids.  I screw them back on anyway.

They're a real scunner, I also cut them off or I get stabbed while drinking my water. Must say though I've never lost a cap yet and always screw it back on after drinking and before putting in the bin.
