I think Trump is the best hope for America, and possibly us as well.  I would certainly vote for him.

My understanding - which may well be wrong - is that once the candidate has been decided, the Democrat Party can't change him/her. Unlike when elected under the constitution of the USA the 25th amendment may come into play.

Who cares anyway? Trump's going to win.

If Biden were to resign immediately as president, Kamala Harris would automatically succeed him - but would not also become Democratic nominee.

She might be politically favoured if he ditched his re-election bid, but Biden's delegates would not transfer to her as of right, and it would be a level playing field with the other hopefuls.

No because Biden isn't the Democratic nominee yet.

Well if you get your news from Sky there's no wonder you are so ill-informed.

Biden is in line to become the Democrats nominee & if he does become their nominee he can't be replaced.

Well as you can see you were ill-informed by Sky News, I wasn't blaming you for being ill-informed.

The party's nominee will officially be chosen at the Democratic National Convention in Chicago from 19-22 August.

While I agree with the people who say Biden is too old now, and he needs to step down.
He is probably only hanging on to annoy Trump.

BUT - don't forget there is only 3 years difference  between him and Trump, as Trump is 78 himself now.

It isn't age that should bar Biden from the presidency. He is showing clear signs of dementia and that certainly should.

You may or may not agree with Trump and may even think him unfit for the presidency but he clearly is not senile and whether or not to make him president is up to the American voters. He is (or maybe will be) the Republican candidate.
