Another French Cathedral in Flames

Cathédrale Notre-Dame de Rouen is on fire, at the moment it's just the spire ablaze, hopefully it can be contained.

I read something on that. I think it said maintenance work again. I get the distinct impression that either the French workmen are all chain smokers and rather lax about where their butts go or we are not actually getting the truth. Perhaps the mosques use better workmen.

No idea how it happened, but the French have such a lot of Medieval Cathedrals and castles to maintain and care for.
