Well that's good to know, I'll remember next time I'm caving in Yorkshire  :grin:

Not going into one is a good tactic for avoiding being trapped in a cave.

Similarly avoiding paragliding, base jumping and similar extreme sports is an excellent tactic for preventing broken limbs and injuries generally.
