I agree.  Weather could be better too!
Its not how old you are, but how you are old. 💖

I am disgusted by the lack of pro Palestine flags during the trooping.

Stop stirring it, Dex, that is not what the Trooping is about!

dextrous63

Truth be told Tabby, I'm not entirely sure what it is all about🤷🏻♂️

Im not a royalist but sometimes a bit of tradition and ceremony is ok .

dextrous63

It's a nice show.  Britain's Got Talent, without Simon Cowell.

Scrumpy

I have just watched the highlights..
We need to keep our traditions going for as long as we can.. Once they stop it really will be the end for Britain as we knew it..
Don't ask me.. I know nuffink..

Ia must admit, seeing the situation in this country and how it is going, it is distinctly possible that unless we unite and agree to defend our country from those who would take it over, it could well be 'the end'.

We have seen the damage that Labour has done in the past, and yet it seems that the majority of us want them to continue their work.

The majority are too chicken to do what's necessary.

I have started to seriously worry about our country .
The break down of society .
The Islamic take over .
God knows what will happen when labour gets in .
It's not Starmer it's the bunch of nutters in his party .
When I hear the likes of David Lammy speak most of what he says makes me feel ill .
And  that uneducated woman Angela Rayner .
The thought of the country being run by this lot is appalling .
I say this as a person who has always been up to a few years ago a labour supporter .

I fear it's now too late. People like Jon Lansman who founded Momentum have worked tirelessly to promote the extreme left of the Labour Party.
See here

The takeover of our Universities teaching and administrative staff is very reflective of his work also. Socialists are by nature ideologists and therefore by nature impossible to reason or debate with.

Lammy, Butler and Abbot I find worrying in particular.

I'd enjoy a drink and a chat with Angela Rayner, I feel sure, whom whilst being at odds with much I believe in, I feel would be good company. A very attractive lady, she can laugh at herself, an impossibility for so many across Britain today in all walks of life to even imagine?.

Mick Whitley (Birkenhead), Lucy Burke (Bury South), Nadia Whittome (Nottingham East), Nav Mishra (Stockport), Paula Barker (Liverpool Wavertree), Sam Tarry (Ilford South), Francyn Johnson (Penistone and Stocksbridge), Chris Altree (Barrow in Furness), Kim Johnson (Liverpool Riverside), Melanie Dudley (Dudley North), Rachel Hopkins (Luton South), Bell Ribeiro-Addy (Streatham), James Murray (Ealing North), Charlotte Nichols (Warrington North), Sophie Wilson (Rother Valley), Keir Morrison (Bassetlaw), Zara Sultana (Coventry South), Tahir Ali (Birmingham Hall Green), Ian Byrne (Liverpool West Derby), Carl Greatbatch (Newcastle Under Lyme), James Cunningham (West Bromwich West), Kate Osborne (Jarrow), Olivia Blake (Sheffield Hallam)

The above are hard left Momentum sponsored candidates and there are even more newcomers from this wing of the Party, no matter what soothsayer Starmer says

I have heard of Momentum, of course, but have never troubled to find out more about them other than they promote left wing ideals.  However, now I have looked them up, it seems they have some potentially worrying objectives:
  • Elect socialists and win the radical policies the current moment demands
  • Support struggles in our communities and workplaces
  • Scale up political education in our movement and across the country

Political education?  Struggles?  OK.  But 'radical policies'?

Lansman is one very dangerous man, completely obsessed, in comparison Corbyn is a gentle old duffer!
