To be honest, I have no idea who that is supposed to be, and initially assumed it was Granny perhaps in some sort of humorous pose.

According to Raven, it seems that it is someone on the telly!

You're forgiven!  It's a show made in Scotland, that also has a fanbase in England. It's based around a couple of old guys and their friends, and is pretty un PC.
