I've been seeing billboards for this and eventually remembered to check what it is.

Turns out to be a bit Last Kingdom-y but with a ropey IMDB rating of 5.9

As I liked Last Kingdom and the earlier seasons of Vikings I've downloaded it anyway and will take a look.
Noticed that like Last Kingdom it is based on a Bernard Cornwell book.

Is this a bit Game of Throes ' ish  ?

Not watched yet but I'd say no although IMDB mentions fantasy Bernard Cornwell stories were never fantasies and although I never got far into GoT some bits of that were fantasy.

I'm not impressed. Half of the first one and it doesn't appeal to me.
